FAQs

How many guests can stay in an Evermore Vacation Home?

Evermore vacation homes are designed for large groups, accommodating up to 32 guests. With floor plans ranging from 5 to 11 bedrooms, these homes are the premier choice in Orlando for family reunions, multi-generational vacations, corporate retreats, and wedding parties who want to stay together under one roof.

What is the difference between the 2-story and 3-story vacation homes?

The primary differences lie in the total capacity and the specialized kids' floor found in 3-story models. While 2-story homes (5–7 bedrooms) are perfect for medium-sized groups, our 3-story homes (8–11 bedrooms) feature an entire third floor dedicated to children and teens, complete with bunk rooms and activity areas.

Are there ADA-accessible vacation homes available?

Yes. Accessible accommodations are available in select 9-, 10- and 11-bedroom Vacation Houses, with features designed to support guests with mobility and accessibility needs. Visit Accessible Accommodations for available House options and detailed accessibility features.

Why is booking an Evermore home different from a typical vacation rental?

Unlike third-party rental sites, every Evermore home is owned, managed, and maintained by the resort to high-end hotel standards. This resort-managed model guarantees 24/7 on-site guest services, professional housekeeping, 24-hour gated security, and consistent luxury finishes that you won't find in a standard peer-to-peer rental.

Does every vacation house have a private pool?

Yes, every vacation home at Evermore includes a private, heated saltwater pool and a covered lanai. Guests can enjoy their own backyard oasis featuring a Coyote gas grill, outdoor dining areas, and lawn games like poolside Jenga or cornhole, all just a short distance from the main resort amenities.

What amenities are included in an Evermore Vacation House?

Evermore Vacation Houses are designed for groups to live, gather and relax together, with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, premium furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, generous dining space, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Every bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, and each House features a private heated pool, outdoor lanai and gas grill. Additional features and layouts vary by House size and model. Select larger Houses include two refrigerators.

What entertainment features are available in Evermore Vacation Houses?

Evermore Vacation Houses includes built-in entertainment for families and groups. Features vary by model and may include arcade games, pool tables, foosball, shuffleboard and lawn games on the lanai. Select Houses also feature private theater rooms, while larger three-story Houses offer dedicated spaces for kids and teens.
