Evermore Resort offers three distinct ways to stay:

The Evermore Residences (Houses and Flats): Purposely designed for large groups needing 4 to 11 bedrooms. Best for multi-family vacations with children, multi-generational travel, or any group looking for a better way to stay together.

The Cypress Villas: Offer 2- and 4-bedroom layouts with a nostalgic, golf-side charm. Best for larger families.

The Conrad Orlando: Offers high-touch luxury hotel rooms and suites. Best for couples and small families.

Choosing the right fit depends on your group size and desired atmosphere:

Choose a House (5–11 bedrooms) if you want spacious gathering spaces, peaceful adult retreats, dedicated spaces for kids and teens, a private heated pool, indoor & outdoor games, and the maximum space for a large group.

Select a Flat (4 bedrooms) for single-story convenience of a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo just steps from the beach boardwalk or with views of Evermore Bay.

Choose a Villa (2 or 4 bedrooms) if you prefer a quieter, old-world Florida feel near the golf courses.

Choose Conrad Orlando (hotel rooms and suites up to 3 bedrooms) if you are a couple or small family seeking a personalized luxury hotel experience.

The Vacation Houses are the premier choice for large groups, accommodating up to 32 guests under one roof. These units are purpose-built for connection, featuring massive common areas, gourmet kitchens, and private pools, ensuring that even the largest parties can stay together without sacrificing privacy.

Yes, Evermore is uniquely designed to accommodate split groups, such as wedding parties where the couple stays at the Conrad while the family shares a 10-bedroom House.

Because all accommodations are part of the same walkable resort, your group can stay in the units that best fit their individual needs while still gathering together at Evermore Bay or on-site restaurants.

Yes, every guest staying at Evermore Orlando Resort, whether in a House, Flat, Villa, or the Conrad Orlando hotel, enjoys full access to the Evermore Bay amenities. This includes the 8-acre crystal-clear lagoon, white-sand beaches, waterslide, rope swing, and water sports, such as kayaking and paddleboarding.

Evermore Orlando Resort is a pet-free property; however, medical and disability-related service animals are always welcome. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all guests, pets are not permitted in the Residences, Villas, or hotel rooms.

For guests traveling with furry friends, we recommend the Best Friends Pet Hotel at Walt Disney World®, located just 2.5 miles away, which offers boarding and daycare services.

Every home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and enough seating for the entire group. The kitchens are stocked with all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare family-style meals, complemented by oversized refrigerators and expansive dining areas, ensuring no one is left without a seat at the table. Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking; guests should plan to provide their own food and cooking ingredients.

• Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove-top, oven, microwave and oversized refrigerator
• 8-11 Bedroom Houses feature two refrigerators and two dishwashers.
• Dual coffee maker with pod and ground coffee brewing options
• Blender, toaster, electric kettle, and hand mixer
• Premium cookware including fry pans, stock pots, and non-stick essentials
• Bakeware including baking dishes, cookie sheets, and pizza pans
• Full dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and serving platters
• Kitchen knives, prep tools, measuring tools, and cooking utensils
• Mixing bowls, food storage containers, cutting boards, and colanders
• Barware including cocktail tools, wine opener, shaker, and jigger
• In the Houses, outdoor dining pieces and BBQ tools are also provided
• Additional kitchens items are available upon limited request and based upon availability (e.g. crock pot, muffin tin, pie baking dish, rice cooker, waffle maker)

For added convenience, Evermore offers Provisions Delivery for groceries, beverages and everyday essentials delivered directly to your accommodation.
