Accessible Bedroom & Bathroom

‍One bedroom and one bathroom are ADA accessible and include:

• Required wheelchair clearances throughout
• Motorized drapery from bedside
• Roll-in shower
• Grab bars at shower and toilet
• 5'-0" turning radius in bedroom and bathroom
• Lower countertops
• Sink with required front approach clearances
• Accessories, outlets, switches, and controls within accessible reach ranges

• Worksurface with required front approach clearances
• Accessible microwave/convention oven with required clearances.
• PLEASE NOTE: ADA units in the Flats do not have a regular full-size oven.
