Three spacious king bedroom suites with private bathrooms offer comfort and privacy, while a signature bunk room creates a dedicated retreat for kids and teens with its own private bathroom.
Each Boardwalk Flat features a gourmet kitchen, spacious common area, full size washer and dryer, and private balcony or patio with views of the beautifully landscaped Boardwalk.
Boardwalk Flats feature private exterior entrances and are located on either the ground or second floor accessible by stairs.

Evermore Flats are designed to accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably. Each condo features a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom layout, including a dedicated bunk room that sleeps five (three twins and one queen), making it the ideal choice for large families or multi-generational travel groups.
Each 1,900-square-foot condo is designed to maximize privacy and comfort, featuring three Master Bedrooms with king-sized beds and a specialized Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes three twin beds and one queen bed, along with a compartmentalized bathroom, allowing the condos to sleep up to 11 guests comfortably.
Boardwalk Flats are located in intimate two-story buildings, with private porches on the first floor and private balconies on the second floor accessible by stairs. Tower Flats are located in five-story buildings with elevator access and offer a range of locations and views. Both offer the same spacious four-bedroom Flat layout with convenient access to Evermore Bay and resort amenities.

The Tower Flats are located alongside from the white sand beaches of Evermore Bay with four different view options including Beach Access, Bay View, Premium Bay View or Garden View. The Boardwalk Flats are across from the Tower Flats and offer close access to Evermore Bay with views of our resort gardens and Boardwalk.
Every Evermore Flat is designed for groups to feel at home together, with upscale furnishings, comfortable living and gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Four bedrooms with private bathrooms give families and groups plenty of room to spend time together while still having space to unwind.
