Frequently Asked Questions
No, you do not need to be an overnight resort guest to dine at our full-service restaurants. Locals and visitors are welcome to enjoy Twin View, Sophia’s Trattoria, Papaya Club, and Ceiba. However, because these are our premier dining experiences, advance reservations are required to ensure we have a table available for you.
You can view the nightly fireworks show at Disney’s Magic Kingdom directly from the rooftop terrace of Conrad Orlando and the nightly fireworks show at Disney's EPCOT from Twin View. We recommend making an evening reservation at Ceiba or Twin View between 8:00 and 10:00 PM to enjoy the fireworks. Please note that fireworks are weather dependent and times vary by season.
We offer complimentary parking at The Landing for those dining at Twin View. Valet parking at Conrad Orlando is available with reduced or complimentary rates for diners.
- Valet parking is complimentary for guests joining for dinner service at Ceiba or Sophia's Trattoria.
- A reduced valet parking charge of $10 is available to guests dining at Papaya Club, Apéro, and to those joining Sophia's Trattoria for breakfast or lunch service.

For the restaurants located inside Conrad Orlando, reservations for large parties are required:
- Ceiba and Sophia's Trattoria require a 72-hour minimum notice for groups of 8 or more.
- Papaya Club offers limited large table accommodations and requires the same 72-hour notice for groups of 8 or more.
- For group reservations, please contact the dedicated restaurant sales manager.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm these group reservations.
In addition to stunning views at Twin View & Ceiba, Papaya Club offers a special Alaula fireside dining experience. Available on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM for guests 21 and over, this intimate experience features a curated menu of contemporary Polynesian cuisine and sunset-inspired cocktails enjoyed by a cozy fire.
Yes, daytime dining is available at select locations.
- Twin View Restaurant serves breakfast daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and lunch from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Sophia's Trattoria offers breakfast daily and lunch on weekdays.
- Papaya Club begins lunch service at 10:30 AM.
Please note that Ceiba is exclusively open for dinner service starting at 5:00 PM.
