Spanning 1,900 square feet, our 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Garden View Flats offer ample space for up to 11 people. Featuring modern tropical design, these Flats offer an expansive open floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a full washer and dryer, and a large, private balcony or porch overlooking our beautifully-landscaped resort. Perfect for big families and gatherings, these Flats provide 3 Master Bedrooms, each with a king bed, a 55” TV, blackout roller shades, an in-room safe, and a deluxe bathroom with premium Beekman amenities, a BaByliss hair dryer, and a large, walk-in shower. Each Flat also has a special Bunk Room with 3 twin beds, a queen bed, and a convenient, compartmentalized bathroom. Flats guests also enjoy 24-hour security, designated parking areas, and electric vehicle charging stations throughout the property. Plus, every Flat is just steps from the white sand beaches of Evermore Bay.

There’s plenty of room to spread out. Plus, our Flats include a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Evermore operates a 24-hour manned security presence at its main gate.
At Evermore, enjoy an unforgettable vacation rental experience with the hospitality of a resort when you need it. Prior to your arrival, your rental is professionally cleaned by Evermore’s own housekeeping staff and linens are commercially laundered. Every unit has a full-sized washer and dryer.
As with traditional vacation homes, daily housekeeping is not included — but we want to take the work out of your vacation, so we do provide a variety of housekeeping services. Evermore offers designated parking lots with easy access to our Flats accommodations. In addition, we have electric vehicle charging stations for you to use at The Landing and at the Evermore Meeting Center.
Yes! Optional Red Sky Travel Insurance is available to the Alphabooker anytime outside 30 days prior to arrival. The Alphabooker has 14 days after purchase to cancel the insurance and receive a full refund on the insurance only. Insurance is not available when booking inside 30 days of arrival.
Yes! We've designed a tool to help you split the cost of your vacation amongst the members of your party. Everyone attending the trip is able to contribute with our Split Payment tool available at check out. We require 1 nights room & tax at the time of booking and the rest can be paid up to 30 days prior to arrival.
