The Boathouse
With floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, this beautiful venue offers panoramic views of Evermore Bay and a sweeping outdoor deck. Ideal for weddings up to 100 guests, our luxurious and elegant space can host your reception. The beautiful Boathouse Lawn is the ideal location for the ceremony.
The Boathouse is equipped with built-in audio-visual needs and two 86" monitors. Our Chris-Craft glass windowed conference room on the lower level offers an ideal holding space for bridal parties and the launch dock for our private Chris-Craft boat for a romantic reception send-off for you and your new spouse.
Magnolia Ballroom
The Magnolia Ballroom is a gorgeous space for larger weddings and social events. Capacity will vary based on the room set up based on your event components including DJ, dance floor, sweetheart table, cake table, and gift table. Much like the Boathouse, Magnolia connects with a private terrace and outdoor lawn to create an ideal flow for your wedding.
