Grand Cypress Golf at Evermore Resort offers private golf lessons and weekly clinics in Orlando for all skill levels, plus junior golf camps designed just for kids — all taught by our certified Golf Professionals.
Sean Stewart is a Class A PGA Head Professional with over a decade of experience teaching golf. He earned his PGA membership in 2011 while working at Grand Cypress Resort and has since built a distinguished career across top-tier resorts and clubs in Colorado, Washington, and Florida.
Sean's accolades include:
- 2012 North Florida PGA ECC Assistant Professional of the Year
- 2014 Oki Golf Rookie Manager of the Year
- Top 50 Instructor in the World by U.S. Kids Golf (2022 & 2023)
Before returning to Florida in May 2022, Sean served in various leadership and teaching roles, combining his passion for golf with a strong background in education. A former schoolteacher for grades 1–12 and collegiate golf instructor, he also coached Bishop Moore High School to consecutive top-5 finishes in the Florida state championships, mentoring future PGA Tour professional Sam Ryder during that time.
With a passion for helping golfers of all ages and skill levels, Sean brings a welcoming, knowledgeable approach to instruction. He enjoys connecting with students from around the world and is committed to helping each golfer reach their full potential.

Junior Golf Camps
Grand Cypress Golf at Evermore will offer three action-packed summer golf camps with hands-on instruction led by certified PGA Professionals. From 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM each day, campers learn and hone their skills with a strong emphasis placed on golf's fundamentals — while having fun!

Our private individual golf lessons and Friday group clinics with our PGA Professionals are primarily reserved for resort guests. Our junior summer golf camps, however, are open to the general public, locals and visitors alike are welcome to join!
Pricing varies depending on the type and duration of the instruction. Our weekly Friday group clinics are $40 per person, while our multi-day junior summer golf camps are currently $325 per child.

Cancellation policies vary slightly depending on the program.
For private lessons, cancellations made with sufficient advance notice can be refunded or rescheduled without issue. Please verify the exact cancellation window with your instructor at the time of booking to avoid any last-minute penalty fees.
Absolutely. We understand that travel itineraries and vacation schedules can shift. If you need to adjust the day or time of your private lesson, please contact your instructor or the Pro Shop directly as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to seamlessly reschedule your golf class to a new time that fits your itinerary.
If you have your own clubs, we highly encourage you to bring them so our instructors can evaluate your swing with your personal gear. However, if you are traveling light or just getting started with beginner golf lessons, our Pro Shop can provide club rentals for you to use during your lessons.
