Magnificently sized at 7,818 sq ft, our 11-Bedroom House is our largest home with ample room for up to 32 guests, plus key accessibility features. Offering modern tropical design, an open floor plan, and oversized common areas, this House was built for togetherness. Enjoy a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full-sized refrigerators and dishwashers, a 75” TV and spacious sectional, a full washer and dryer, an outdoor summer lanai and kitchen with a Coyote gas grill, a private, heated pool, plus an additional guest bath accessible from the lanai. Entertainment abounds with Lawn Jenga, indoor shuffleboard, a ping-pong or foosball table, classic arcade games like Pac-Man, and a delightful indoor slide that whisks you from the 3rd to the 2nd floor. Plus, 24/7 guest services, maintenance, and gated security.
An entire family reunion can comfortably fit across 7 Main bedrooms with king beds, an additional 2 Main bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, and a whole top floor dedicated to the kids, featuring a play area and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with 3 twin beds, a queen bed, and a compartmentalized bathroom. Each Main bedroom includes a 55” TV, blackout roller shades, an in-room safe, and an ensuite bathroom with premium Beekman amenities, a BaByliss hair dryer, and either a walk-in shower, a bathtub, or both. Houses are 100% owned and operated by our onsite team, offering the hospitality, cleanliness, and peace of mind that you should expect from a high-end vacation home. House guests also enjoy dedicated parking and exclusive access to rent SunCarts (premium, six-seat golf carts).

ADA Houses include: wheelchair clearances throughout, dining table access, lower countertops, sinks/stoves/worksurfaces with front approach clearances, accessories/appliances and outlets/switches within range, a low entry door viewer, and a designated ADA bedroom and bathroom with a roll-in shower, grab bars at the shower and toilet, 5’ turnaround in the bathroom and bedroom, and motorized drapery from the bedside.

Yes! Optional Red Sky Travel Insurance is available to the Alphabooker anytime outside 30 days prior to arrival. The Alphabooker has 14 days after purchase to cancel the insurance and receive a full refund on the insurance only. Insurance is not available when booking inside 30 days of arrival.
Yes! We've designed a tool to help you split the cost of your vacation amongst the members of your party. Everyone attending the trip is able to contribute with our Split Payment tool available at check out. We require 1 nights room & tax at the time of booking and the rest can be paid up to 30 days prior to arrival.
