The Vacation Houses are the premier choice for large groups, accommodating up to 32 guests under one roof. These units are purpose-built for connection, featuring massive common areas, gourmet kitchens, and private pools, ensuring that even the largest parties can stay together without sacrificing privacy.
Choosing the right fit depends on your group size and desired atmosphere:
- Choose a House (5–11 bedrooms) if you want spacious gathering spaces, peaceful adult retreats, dedicated spaces for kids and teens, a private heated pool, indoor & outdoor games, and the maximum space for a large group.
- Select a Flat (4 bedrooms) for single-story convenience of a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo just steps from the beach boardwalk or with views of Evermore Bay.

The Evermore Experience
No, Evermore Orlando Resort is not an all-inclusive resort, though we offer a convenient "All-In-One" fee that covers most of the resort's amenities. While your stay includes access to Evermore Bay, resort pools, fitness center, and standard resort activities, dining and beverages are charged separately. With 14 on-site restaurants and bars, ranging from casual food halls to fine dining, guests can customize their culinary experience throughout their stay. Guests can also enhance their stay with premium offerings and curated experiences, available at an additional cost.
Yes, every guest staying at Evermore Orlando Resort, whether in a House, Flat, Villa, or the Conrad Orlando hotel, enjoys full access to the Evermore Bay amenities. This includes the 8-acre crystal-clear lagoon, white-sand beaches, waterslide, rope swing, and water sports, such as kayaking and paddleboarding.
No, Evermore Orlando Resort is a private property, and its amenities, including Evermore Bay, resort pools, and transportation, are exclusive to overnight guests; day passes are not available.
To maintain a premium, uncrowded environment for our overnight guests, general resort access is restricted to those staying at an Evermore Residence or at Conrad Orlando. However, non-guests are welcome to visit the property for specific reservations at our signature Twin View Restaurant, the restaurants at Conrad Orlando, the Conrad Spa Orlando, or to book a tee time at our Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses.
Evermore Orlando Resort is a pet-free property; however, medical and disability-related service animals are always welcome. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all guests, pets are not permitted in the Residences, Villas, or hotel rooms.
